► Conference connection
Service activation: dial 1199 from the Citynet number (one-time service activation fee is 1 GEL, validity period is 30 days). Validity check: 1198. In case of valid unlimited package, you will not be charged additional fees for outgoing calls during the conference connection.
A conference connection provides simultaneous conversation with two or more subscribers (subscribers of any network). To activate the connection, call any first subscriber, after the answer we add a new speaker - press the button + Add (добавить) and call the second one, after the second answer, press the button to combine the connection, in case of calling the third one, repeat the same. The conference connection can be connected (including you) to a maximum of 5 subscriber.
► Automatic renewal of the unlimited calls package
If you want the already activated unlimited package not to expire, you should turn on the automatic activation button in your personal cabinet, after that the package will be automatically activated for a new period at the end of each period. In order to carry out automatic activations, there must be an appropriate amount on the balance of the number.
► Understanding the number / restoring the canceled number
To see your own number, enter the application settings, where the first one is Account Setup - here you will find your number. If the number is canceled due to inactivity, you should write to the private page of Sithinet's Facebook page and the operator will restore the number.

► Call recording function of the application
With the application "Cloud Softphone" you can record calls. When making a call from the application, click the recording button - Recording (Записъ), the subsequent conversation will be recorded independently of the telephone operator's network, through the functionality of the same application. The voice recording file will be saved in the corresponding section of the phone menu.
► Display the GSM button in the application
Without exiting the application, it is possible to make calls with an alternative GSM line, i.e. with the SIM card in the phone. For this, we can display a GSM button in the application - in the case of Android phones: go to the "settings" of the application, select "settings" and then "appear GSM button"
► Accumulation of bonuses
The bonus is charged for incoming calls to "Citynet" number from any other network. Specifically, for each minute of talk on an incoming call, 1 white bonus is automatically credited to the balance. Bonuses accumulated during the current day will be reflected on the balance of the "Citynet" number as soon as the next calendar day arrives. The bonus system does not affect conversations in the internal network.
